Mindful. Flowing. Steady. Designed for those who prefer a gentler paced practice. This class is breath and mindfulness based with emphasis on fluidity and awareness in motion at all times. A slower pace than a Vinyasa Flow class, it is still equally strength building; encouraging this coupled with steadiness with longer holds. We will cultivate a steadiness of body, mind, focus and well-being.

the instructor leaves it quite open ended letting the viewer do their own thing for a lot of the tine. but does give guidance for those who dont know what they are doing or are new to yoga
