*** THIS IS THE LIVESTREAM VERSION OF THE CLASS. IT'LL BE DONE VIA ZOOM (zoom.us) *** You will be guided through the movements and guided through exercises of silence and inner self-reflection. A link for you to access the class online will be sent to you 15/10 minutes before the start of the class. Tensegrity® is the contemporary expression of the knowledge of Shamans from ancient Mexico. A key part of this practice is the Tensegrity® Movements that we will learn and explore in these classes. Tensegrity® Movements are suitable to all levels of ability. They are practised mainly standing, but also sitting and on the floor. In a typical class we will learn a Tensegrity® Form which consists of a sequence of movements. This can easily be practised at home to develop a consistent practice and really experience the benefits of what Tensegrity® can bring to your body, your energy levels and to your life! These powerful Tensegrity® Movements will: - Optimise your level of energy, vitality and wellbeing - Balance and strengthen your physical core - Increase mental alertness - Find fresh, new insights - Reconnect with your best self - Release stress - Go to bed calm and inviting of your dreams - Take back control of your life Tensegrity® has helped thousands live their best lives. Practised on their own, or along with other Tensegrity® tools, these techniques can help you do the same. *Please wear comfortable/gym clothing and comfortable shoes/trainers. Classes are guided by Ana Sánchez, a Tensegrity® Facilitator Level 4.

I'd recommend this class. It was my first time trying something like this and I feel very connected with the earth and in my own space. Had a couple of moments during the week which were difficult and when i thought about these in the meditation time, i realised there were easier ways to deal with stress. Physically and emotionally very energising. Thank you
