This is an outdoor class that takes place on a concrete surface and grass. The class consists of lots of different things from body-weight work to pulling and pushing weights. This class is quite fast-paced to keep you warm and working hard, all abilities and fitness levels welcome as easier options can be provided. You should bring a towel or mat with you for comfort and water is necessary.
