Fitball is a ladies game-based fitness session. You are more than welcome to bring your children along if they are 12+ and want to join in! The session is for mixed fitness levels providing many different ball games with some fitness elements such as group circuits. The session is very games-based and fun, this class has been described as, “like going back to P.E at school, but fun”.
