Calling on Forrest Yoga poses and sequencing, in collaboration with myofascial release techniques, you will connect to your breath, open the body in different areas, create space and build strength. Offering a chance to find more freedom in your physical, mental and emotional bodies, to take forward into your weekend. Forrest Yoga combines and focuses on the breath, strength, integrity and spirit. It is a powerful practice that encourages physical and emotional blocks to release and is generally practiced in a room with heat. Myofasicial release utilises different props and movements of the body, to release into the deeper connective tissues, where tension is often built up and stored. Suitable for all levels
