Getting ready!

Transform any fears you hold around singing by joining me in a gentle, playful and healing exploration of your authentic voice. About this Event In these sessions, we explore and rediscover the healing and soothing nature of our own authentic voices. We journey into the transformative power of sound, connect deeply to our hearts and explore our true expression. Our voice is a reflection of our true essence and for this reason it can be deeply vulnerable to sing in public or with others. These sessions are a gentle and playful way of opening up and connecting deeply to ourselves and nourishing this connection. Beginning with Qi Gong warm-ups to shake out tension, build confidence and bring awareness to our: body, posture and breathe before moving gently into toning, song and harmony. I often work with people who have never sung outside the shower, and who are amazed to discover that by the end of the session they are singing in harmony, or even improvising with beaming smiles, leaving empowered by this deepened connection to themselves. All are welcome to these sessions whether you are at the beginning of your journey of discovery or a seasoned professional singer. It was the first time I had been to a Qi Gong singing workshop and the experience was very nurturing and healing. As a group we all sang openly and freely and there was a serene feeling to it that felt very nourishing and healing. I highly recommend attending a singing workshop with Tallulah.’ — Jonny Fifield – President of CAPP (Counselors & Psychotherapists in Private Practice) ’As someone who usually only sings in the shower and is mortified to be overheard, I enjoyed Tallulah’s Harmonia workshop more than I could have believed possible! She is a wonderful facilitator, grounded, encouraging and loving. Under her guidance, I connected with my voice in a new way which I feel inspired to keep exploring and the whole group left the session humming and smiling’ — Rosie Pendlebaby - Togetherness Festival “Group singing has been scientifically proven to lower stress, relieve anxiety, and elevate endorphins … Oxytocin also enhances feelings of trust and bonding. ” — TIME Magazine
