CrossFit Lite is a strength and conditioning program where you will be taught the basic, functional movements of CrossFit. This will focus on your fitness, strength, coordination, speed and more. ​ Push, pull, jump, throw, squat and drive yourself to be the fittest you have ever been, while we prepare you to take on the more skilful and demanding elements of CrossFit. Suitable for Beginners/people who are new to CrossFit.
