***This will be a virtual and individual class for the duration of the COVID-19 experience*** *no partner necessary *fitness class not an acrobatics class *every exercise can be made harder or easier where necessary. *suitable for anyone looking for a fun circuits class involving body weight, kettlebells, partner balances/ exercises, inversions etc. Acrofit is an acrobatics inspired circuits class for ‘All levels’ - this is to help build an acrobatic physique so you don’t need one already to attend. This class is perfect for anyone with a solo, partner or group Acro practice. It will also compliment anyone who trains aerial or calisthenics. We focus on handstands, muscle activation, core and alignment among other things. My intention is to get you to understand why we do things the way we do, key focus: empowerment. It's a fun yet challenging classand we do wildly different things every week. Message me if you have any questions.

Really fun and challenging class, including a dynamic (advanced, with options for less experienced yogis) yoga warm up and great instructions/advice/tips for hand balances all led by a playful and friendly instructor. Really enjoyable class, would recommend!
