Thank you** We focus on the Pilates Principles, core strength, flexibility, flowing postures, effective breathing technique and relaxation. We use a mat to protect elbows and knees, and may use exercise blocks, blankets, towels, cushions and resistance bands. Participants of all levels, ages and ability, both men and women, are welcome. If you are suffering from an injury or a medical condition, it is advisable to seek professional medical approval before you start exercising. You should notify your teacher of any issues before the class. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement, and socks rather than trainers (unless you have special requirements). Enjoy!
