Barre is a hybrid workout class. Barre combines Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and strength training techniques. We incorporate a Ballet barre to use it as a prop to perform exercises. This is where you will see elements of Ballet positions such as plies and use of static stretches. We focus on high repetition of small range movements. Barre delivers a full body workout where you will lengthen, strengthen and define the body. Lets get inspired and join the barre gang. With elements from the original Barre class but with 2 HIIT sections to get that ultimate cardio burst.
