Fit & Flow Yoga is a well-balanced yoga session, that combines breath work and traditional yoga poses, but with the addition of 'fit' weaved into the class. You will always finish with a super stretch, to leave feel rested and restored. The approach is a blend of modern science and gentle hit exercises, all within your yoga practice. The addition of the hit exercise, increases your heart rate and therefore can raise your vibration. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.
