A 45-minute bootcamp session of High Intensity Interval Training a cardiovascular exercise alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. The session will consist of 10-minute walkover followed by 25-30 minute of HITT training with limited rest. Then followed by the vitally important 5-10-minute cool down.
