These Kettlebell Courses are Run Half Termly, building up in difficulty over the sessions to build a bigger stronger fitter you by the end of the Period. (Typically 5 to 7 weeks) We work in many different ways to tackle all areas of fitness. For example HIIT or Endurance sessions. Core or pure strength building. Kettlebells are fantastic for building a strong core and a functionally strong body to help with everyday life activities and posture. It is also one of the fastest calorie burners that exists! The 30 min Stretch Add On is Targetted Deep Stretches. Focussing mainly on the legs, lower back and chest. As we increase our flexibility, we release the full potential of the muscles, allowing freedom of movement, increase in power and better posture, We so rarely take the time to stretch as we should, This session addresses this. We have seen great changes in our first month of training. Groups are kept small for Great Technique Instruction and Monitoring..and sociability :) The club is fun and accessible to all levels of fitness.
