Based on the ashtanga yoga method, this is a general level class and is suitable for anyone who wants to increase mobility and strength in their yoga practice.

The class incorporates yoga drills and preps to help build towards more challenging poses, as well as modifications and variations to ensure it remains accessible.

It includes a short mindfulness meditation and well-deserved relaxation.
