Seasonal Yoga is a style of dynamic Yoga practice that works with the Seasons and Elements from the Traditional Chinese Medicine system. It is a holistic practice that work on the physical level but also in the more subtle levels of energy. Each season is connected to an element and each element is connected to a pair of organs. These organs have meridian lines (energy paths) in the body that can be activated through yoga poses, allowing us to align with the changing energies of nature. Sense of balance and connection is achieved with regular Seasonal Yoga practice. This class is suitable to all levels.
The class was very good, though I don't like the fact that I can't go anymore to that class with MoveGB if I don't contract the most expensive Plan..! I thought that the maximun to pay was approx 11 pounds per week but I've realized that is not like that when you want to go to some specific classes, and 15 a week seems too much to me. So I think that I will go more times to this place, but maybe not through MoveGB..!5 June 2019
