A vinyasa flow class that focuses on building strength and flexibility in a creative flow. We will end with some deep stretches and relaxation. The class is aimed at all levels from beginners to the more advanced practitioner. Feel free to miss things out, try out new poses - all I want is for you to enjoy moving.

Really enjoyed this class. First half was a yoga flow abs second half some deep stretched. Jade is a lovely teacher and explained everything really well. Pace of the first half is quite quick so better if you’ve already done a bit of yoga before so you can keep up. Thoroughly recommend :)

Lovely teacher, however I misunderstood and not for complete yoga beginners like me with no balance! I will be back when I have learnt a bit more though.
