This class covers the basic principles and essential repertoire more in-depth for those who are new to STOTT Pilates equipment and technique. Get to know the basic repertoire and principles before you progress onto the intermediate level. Whether performed on a mat or on specialised equipment, the application of the STOTT PILATES® Five basic bio-mechanical principles will ensure maximum benefits from Pilates exercises.
