This is a classical repertoire intermediate level, STOTT PILATES®, class. Not to be confused with dynamic reformer, or boot camp style class. This class will flow through the Intermediate classical Pilates repertoire and the instructor will not be able to stop and teach the basic repertoire. If you are not familiar with the original Joseph Pilates reformer exercises, we recommend that you book into an Basic Reformer class first, no matter what your fitness level is. Recommended for anyone familiar with the original Joseph Pilates classical repertoire and having a solid foundation on the Essential exercises of and the STOTT PILATES® Five basic principles. This class demands greater control, concentration, coordination, strength, flexibility and endurance. Be ready to be challenged with the original Pilates repertoire using the most versatile and innovative STOTT PILATES® reformer equipment.
