This class is designed to help you develop long, lean muscles without adding bulk, and build strength and flexibility in a low­ impact, yet very effective manner. Pilates is a favourite choice for those suffering from back problems, because it addresses and corrects postural imbalances and helps restore the natural alignment of the spine. You might also notice that your jeans are a bit looser after a few months of practice. Pilates is great for losing inches around the waist as your whole core is strengthened and toned. We use various props -- foam rollers, bands, rings, blocks and balls, too, so you will never get bored!
