Getting ready!

Hatha style yoga class. The pace is gentle and mindful, yet still allowing you to take postures as deeply as you are feeling to. I sometimes include mudra, awareness of the Chakra energy centres and maybe a little pranayama. The class is suitable for all. :) Bring along a yoga mat if you have one, but I do also have a limited number of spares.
