Gentle, Restorative inspired, nurturing yoga for all to rest every part and prepare for deep sleep. Take time to settle in, notice breath, feel into in that moment and meet yourself there. Gentle movement will release tension and soften the breath, guiding us into longer pauses in seated and lying shapes. Blankets, cushions and anything soft and cosy you have to hand will support your conscious rest. Feel free to bring housemates and partners too and please have a blanket, 4 cushions and a few books to hand too. Comfy clothes or PJ's welcomed so you can roll right into bed. About the teacher: Carolyn welcomes everyone to class. She guides non-dogmatic practices, holding space for you to explore self-connection to body and mind, offering options, suggestions and opportunities for you to discover what you feel drawn to in the moment. Taking inspiration from many paths of yoga as well as creative sources - books, podcasts, yoga texts, poetry, dance - Carolyn shares practices she has personally found of benefit to support her in noticing more, thinking less and essentially riding the ebbs and flows of life.

Thank you soo much, the most relaxed I've ever felt during a yin style class. Felt in very good hands, really was able to concentrate and listen to my body in a somatic way. Thanks again, I agree, perfect Sunday wind down.
