Welcome to this yoga and meditation session for calming down the mind. This is a gentle paced and mindful class, incorporating the use of mudra, mantra and Pranayama. I also invite awareness of the Chakra energy centres into many of the classes. We spend the first hour in sun salutations and posture practice, with a focus on breath awareness. The last half hour is in Pranayama breath work, meditation and long relaxation. No previous experience is necessary, everyone is welcome! Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Enter Brighthelm via reception side. Find us in the activities room in the basement.
