Perfect for beginners, an easy-to-follow class to help strengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups. It is a 60mins low impact cardio strength-training program using Weights, a Step Bench, Yoga blocks and Resistance Bands. The additional mat work is designed to improve your alignment, work your core muscles and enhance flexibility. You will learn modifications so you are able to work along at your own pace.
