A wonderful relaxing midweek pilates class that encourages an improvement of general fitness. There is a focus on core strength and breathing techniques. Pilates aims to promote a reduction in stress and tension, increase mobility, muscle tone and more. This class is for all levels of experience and can be adapted to fit your individual needs.

I find it really useful.
Not too many in class. It is never cancelled. Teacher is really lovely. Great clean, quiet environment. Staff at ymca desk always friendly and welcoming...perfect
I've been going to Pilates for quite a few weeks now. Never been before so I don't have much to compare it with but I certainly find it challenging and really good for building my core strength.
