You will use a wide variety of exercises, body weight, free weights, and machines that will incorporate resistance, cardio and flexibility training to get you fitter, leaner and stronger.
Experience a circuit workout with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, and cables. Try some different exercises like racing on the Vertical Climber, pushing a weighted sled, running with a bungee rope, or using a battling rope.
We will use circuits, supersets and various combinations of exercises, tempo, repetitions, sets and rest periods to develop your muscular strength, power and endurance.
An excellent way to work out in a gym like environment without needing a gym membership. A great way to train if you don't feel like being outside, and want a full body workout.
