We will work all the joints in the body through a fuller range of motion to increase flexibility and mobility. We will do specific stretches and exercises to improve your posture and alignment. There will be unilateral, and asymmetric movements to improve your stability and achieve better skeletal and muscular balance. We will also do self-myofascial release, which is a fancy term for self massage to release muscle tightness or trigger points. For this we will use foam rollers, and lacrosse balls. These trigger points can limit your movement and restrict circulation to the affected areas.
