Stretch It Suitable for all levels This class will help you improve your flexibility, no matter what skill level you are starting from. Focusing on backs, shoulder and leg stretches, this class will help you work towards splits, relieve stress and tension and increase your overall mobility. No prior experience needed, ideal for supporting both pole dancing and aerial training as well as developing flexibility for other disciplines. Please observe our Covid-19 Protocols: Be on time - come 10 minutes early for your class, late comers will not be permitted into the studio No shoes - you can leave your shoes at the top landing, or bring them in a shoe bag No changing room - we can not provide a changing area or lockers during this time, come changed and head straight to your room Wash your hands - please wash your hands for 20+ seconds before and after class Bring your own towel & mat - we will not be providing pole towels or yoga mats during this time Clean your station - wipe down your pole or equipment before and after class.
