Suitable for all levels AntiGravity® Yoga, a fusion technique, is often seen as a bridge between fitness and traditional yoga modalities. Suitable for all levels, but please note, we cannot permit any latecomers to these classes due to the nature of the session (please see more detail below). In each of our AntiGravity® Yoga classes, you train in flexibility, strength, mobility and agility while experiencing joy (anandah). We nurture playful energy while conditioning the body. Classes will increase your overall health while you are having fun and creating beauty. AntiGravity founder Christopher Harrison created this complete workout drawing on techniques from dance, pilates and calisthenics. Suitable for all levels from complete beginner to advanced. Each exercise can increase in difficulty as you progress. Come and hang out with us – get fit while you lift your spirit! AntiGravity® Yoga & Aerial Yoga health & safety note Please note these classes are not suitable if: you are pregnant have glaucoma you have high or low blood pressure have a heart condition had recent surgery (less than 12 weeks post op) Any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. What to wear: Please wear leggings and a T-shirt that covers your underarms – this is very important! Also, please remove jewellery before the class, including watches, bracelets, necklaces or hoop/long earrings. Please observe our Covid-19 Protocols: Be on time - come 10 minutes early for your class, late comers will not be permitted into the studio No shoes - you can leave your shoes at the top landing, or bring them in a shoe bag No changing room - we can not provide a changing area or lockers during this time, come changed and head straight to your room Wash your hands - please wash your hands for 20+ seconds before and after class Bring your own towel & mat - we will not be providing pole towels or yoga mats during this time Clean your station - wipe down your pole or equipment before and after class. It’s not yoga. There was no breathing exercises, some postures were not clear if they were brand new or adapted from yoga? it would be good to know which asana were we supposed to be doing. The soundtrack was too pop for yoga, first time I’ve heard Michael Bubblé and Beyoncé on a yoga class. They should call it something else than yoga.
