A few things to take note of: - please download the Zoom app ahead of time. - no equipment will be required, although there may be some high impact exercises. You will have options given by the instructor for lower impact throughout. - you may want to use a mat if you have one for any floor work or towel if not, although it’s whatever is more comfortable for you. - the instructor will usually send the URL link 15 mins before class start, bookings close 1 hour beforehand so please make sure to book ahead otherwise your request may be missed!
