Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, speed and athleticism by learning the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. You'll learn the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squat and Deadlift all under the eyes of a watchful British Weightlifting Coach. The classes are all small groups of 4-8 people, we work hard but we have fun along the way. Men and women of all ages and experience levels welcome. See you all on the platform!
