This class is a low impact class focusing on technique and toning rather than intensity, targeting specific hard to reach problem areas. A short aerobic warm-up may be included followed by a series of exercises for legs, bums and abdominal areas.

It was a good class and I definitely feel like I've had a good work out. However, the next 3 days I've been really achy because of this class and felt the stretching at the end should have gone on longer. Also, the class is advertised as for any level of fitness and, whilst I was fine doing the class, this is not the case. I feel you have to be reasonably fit to do this class.
