This is a mixed level trapeze class. Our trainers are adept at managing students of different levels of ability, and we'll always do whatever we can to ensure you're working with others of your level. A favoured apparatus for those dipping their toes into Aerial Fitness, the Static Trapeze provides a stable bar for you build strength and confidence, especially with going upside down. No previous experience necessary.This class is run at our Union Street Venue: Arch 27 Old Union Yard Arches, 229 Union St, London SE1 0LRStarting off with pikes and inverts, you then work your way up to moves that involve utilising the ropes. Control and body awareness in relation to the Static Trapeze will definitely aid in transferring skills over to other apparatus as well.We maintain a maximum ratio of seven people per instructor to ensure that everyone gets sufficient trapeze time and the attention they deserve.
