Before the course started, I was rather sceptical of the additional suggested benefits of yoga. However, from the very first session, I felt less stressed and have slept soundly ever since! Raggs is an amazing yoga instructor. Ever calm, encouraging and non -judgmental, she has helped me get to grips with the basics. Although she helps us all individually, there is a definite sense of the group 'learning together'.
