A 40-minute opportunity for a journey inwards. Sitting quietly with our thoughts is actually more difficult than the toughest vinyasa flow. To learn to meditate takes practice, but the rewards are wonderful. Meditation makes us handle life better. It helps us manage our moods, improves our ability to concentrate, and reduces anxiety and negative trains of thought. In short, it makes us happier, present, and awake to the wonder of our own existence. Come and give it a go.
It's best if you have done the vinyasa flow session before -- physical yoga practice was developed with the intention to help us sit still comfortably -- but if you just want to come and sit, that's fine, too!
