What happens in Clubbercise?
After checking you in, we darken the room and put the disco lights on so you can really let go and enjoy your workout. The route starts with a simple warm up then we work up a sweat to floor fillers from the 90's rave to recent dance anthems. Routines are easy to follow with high and low impact options to suit all.
