Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity exercises whether it be weights, body weight or battle ropes and sandbags. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

I really love the YMCA! It's clean and the equipment is well cared for plus they are always making improvements to the place. The staff are friendly and really welcoming too which sets you up for a great workout. I particularly enjoy the classes at YMCA!! Highly recommend!
YMCA staff are so friendly and they remember your name as you go in! The class is great, lots of different exercises to focus on different areas. A real tough workout, but that’s the point right!? :-)
