10 Jul 2019I don't often do body balance but really enjoyed this session - I really need to work on my abs and this did so!
You will have experience classes, on zoom, with Ann-See, Corinne or Hannah. They will guide you through the classes on a weekly basis, with alternative movements available for the beginner as well as the more experienced person.
The class takes a maximum of 15 people and you will receive personal attention from Ann-See to ensure that you are honouring your needs. Your self-confidence will grow. You will feel better, move with ease and feel less stressed.

Lovely studio, not too busy, Zoe is welcoming and friendly and makes you feel comfortable, whatever your level.
Very welcoming - love the music - great workout and relaxing too!
