In this class we explore some gentle and relaxing Hatha Yoga postures and breathing practices. This is followed by a deeply restorative form of meditation known as Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. The session will leave you feeling calm and soothed - helping to shake of the stresses of the week, ready for the weekend.
