This style combines the fluidity and strength required in the Ashtanga standing series, classical, flowing Hatha Yoga poses. It does not stick to the classical Primary series but builds intensity to an 'Apex' peak pose, from the specially coordinated sequence of postures leading to this. It can develop flexibility, stability and strength gains in all muscle groups that all other Yoga styles may not deliver!
