Also known as Submission wrestling is very similar to a BJJ regular class. This class don’t require the use of kimono. You can wear shorts, skin-sticky clothing such as rash guards and mixed short clothes. On the combat aspect, the main difference between BJJ regular classes and No-Gi classes are the foot-locks and neck cranks. Most of them are allowed on NoGi, which is the opposite on BJJ, where foot-locks and neck cranks are very limited.
