The class starts off gently to unwind after a hard week at work, and gets stronger as the class progresses; each week we look at a different peak posture and move through a variety of shapes which encourage the body to open up. There is often a mindfulness meditation practice before the final relaxation, which allows the mind to relax. A great way to start the weekend!
For live classes the doors open at 5:30pm for quiet sitting and stretching.
