Step Aerobics is a form of aerobic activity that is an extension of floor aerobics. This exercise utilises the same principles, but adds an additional cardio element in that extra energy is expanded when stepping on and off the platform. Step Aerobics is a great way to burn fat, shape and tone and build muscles... and above all else it's super fun!
