Access to Gym Facilities. Please check in at reception on every visit and sign in the visitors book and don't forget to sign out when leaving. A day visit entitles you full use of our gym on the day you checked in. The gym can be found on the 1st floor, we have cardio machines & resistance machines. In the weights room we have 2 squats racks, smith machine and all the standard gym equipment. On the 2nd floor you will find the changing rooms with dry sauna and lockers on the landing (please bring your own padlock). We also have a studio on the 2nd floor this is where all classes take place. If there is no classes on you are welcome to use the studio space, please check with the reception team.
