Relaxing with time on breathing/meditation plus continual guidance on postures (even after going to her classes for 3 years she still explains things in different/new ways). A grounded, calming teacher.

Perfect class - fantastic instructor and a really nice studio. She's great at answering questions and every class is a bit different so doesn't feel repeatative. Slow, calm, meditative yoga without music playing - perfect for me and the best yoga class I've tried.
