We are a small, fun & friendly vibration plate studio in Downend. Vibration plate training involves performing different exercises on the plate to strengthen & tone all your major muscles. A 20 minute session can burn up to 500 calories & is the equivalent to 1 hour in the gym! The workout ends with massage exercises which promotes lymphatic drainage, flushing out toxins & cellulite. Sessions are available individually & there's always a team member here to support you through your workout.
