Pilates combined with a healthy diet that fits your lifestyle and an enjoyable cardio program, you will be physically set for life! Classes are suitable for Beginners and Intermediate students. Pre and Post Natal classes are also available so let Jo know before you book Classes are relaxed and fun and joining lighthearted chatter during exercises is encouraged - pilates shouldn’t be boring!

12 Nov 2020I’ve been to Jo’s classes for quite a few years now. They’re always challenging, but not so much it’s impossible, different & fun. It’s nice that we all chat throughout the classes which makes it super social even with classes being online.
