This is an outdoor yoga class with Naomi. The venue has a large flat private lawn and a warm indoor cabin so we can practice outside or indoors depending on the weather. Please bring warm clothes and blanket if you can.
Yoga is excellent for developing strength and flexibility and improving general health and wellbeing. As well as improving your fitness, it will help enhance your concentration, reduce stress and bring a greater sense of balance and awareness to the mind and the body.
This class is suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners. Everyone welcome!
