ONLINE STREAMING: For online streaming you will need at least a Kettlebell for all workouts. For health and safety and Insurance purposes, MoveGB Participants must keep their video on so the instructor can monitor technique. This is for your safety and benefit. we also operate two cameras for multiple angles. Make sure you can see clearly. And please arrive 5 minutes early..
