This indoor Bootcamp is great for everyone of all ability’s. These small group style PT classes Include short strength & Conditioning style workouts, team exercises, pad work and core & cardio circuits. These classes are great for toning up and general fitness. For online streaming you will need at least a Kettlebell for all workouts. For health and safety and Insurance purposes, MoveGB Participants must keep their video on so the instructor can monitor technique. This is for your safety and benefit. we also operate two cameras for multiple angles. Make sure you can see clearly. And please arrive 5 minutes early.
