My Slow Flow Yoga class is suitable for beginners and improvers. It also often works well for those with physical restrictions to movement as we flow slowly from pose to pose, helping you to find your own comfortable alignment whilst building strength and flexibility. There is always time for relaxation at the end and we work with breath practices and meditations too.
